Superior Rush Jr. Academy Girls Champions
Congratulations goes out to our Jr. Academy Females on winning the Midwest Rush Cup in Chicago this past weekend! The girls played some incredible soccer that caught the eye of a number of coaches, spectators and organizers, and finished the weekend with an undefeated record, beating Chicago Rush in the final in a 9 goal thriller that saw Claudia Galle score the game winning goal with 2 minutes left in the match! Special thanks goes out to the 2 guest players from Missouri Rush and 2 from United Rush who fit right in with the girls both on and off the field! The girls will now wait to see who gets selected to the 2009 and 2008 Rush National Select teams that will travel to the Visit Raleigh Showcase in December in one of the largest College Showcases in North America.
