Zoe selected for National Select Program
We are so proud of Zoe Power!
Zoe has been selected to be on the 2005 Females Rush National Select program. She will travel to Arizona for the President’s Day Tournament in February which is one of the largest showcase tournaments in North America. She will also have the chance to travel to Europe to train and play with some of the best youth academies in the world. Congratulations Zoe!!!
Congratulations to our Academy Males & Jr Academy Females for winning the Tonka Splash tournament this past weekend in Minnetonka! The Tonka Splash is quickly becoming one of the premiere tournaments in the Midwest, but many games and divisions were cancelled due to weather. Of the 6 teams involved, only 4 got to play. The Academy Females narrowly missed out on the championship game, and the Jr Academy Males would have played in the finals had there been one for their division. All in all, it was a fantastic weekend with a second gold medal for the Jr Academy Females in 2 consecutive tournaments, and 2 gold medals for the Academy Males in 3 consecutive finals.
